Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure for a concrete form enabling a corbel and an adjusting member to be attached to an adjustment part of a form panel to form a concrete form, and an execution method of the same.SOLUTION: A housing structure for a concrete form consists of a form panel 1 having a surface part 11 forming a concrete surface and a connection part 12, a corbel 2 positioned in an adjustment part, and an adjusting member 3 fixed to the corbel 2. The connection part 12 is provided with holes 122 formed at a constant interval in a longitudinal direction, and the corbel 2 has a support part 22 for fixing the adjusting member 3 and an attachment part 21 along the connection part 12. Mounting holes 211 corresponding to the holes 122 is formed. The corbel 2 is mounted to the adjacent connection parts 12, 12 via respective holes 122, 211 in the adjustment part (adjustment area) of the concrete form 1, and the adjustment member 3 continuing with the surface part of the form panel 1 is fixed between the adjacent support parts 22, 22, to form the concrete form.
