Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine particle emulsion fuel that can be produced at a low cost using a petroleum-based liquid fuel and a magnetically treated active hydrogen-containing water, and that maintains an emulsion state stably for a long period of time without causing oil-water separation.SOLUTION: The ultrafine particle emulsion fuel stabilized for long term is produced at a low cost by a process of pressing a magnetically treated water, that is obtained by performing magnetic treatment of water to which is added several mineral ions as a means of enhancing surface activity of water itself and of maintaining the activity and that contains activated hydrogen or dissolved hydrogen, and a petroleum-based liquid fuel together with a nonionic surfactant into an ultra atomizer nozzle, and simultaneously sucking in and ejecting out from the atomizer.
