Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable extended release oral dosage composition, wherein a release rate profile of pseudoephedrine constituent, while maintaining the delivery of an effective once daily dosage of desloratadine, has achieved such a long term target as 12 hours, or optimally over 16 hours.SOLUTION: This is a film-coated extended release solid oral dosage composition having (a) a core that contains an effective amount of pseudoephedrine or a pharmaceutically acceotable amount of salt thereof, and (b) a film coating constituent that uniformly covers the core and contains an effective amount of desloratadine.
