Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a transmission to a vehicle body and a bracket for mounting a transmission to a vehicle body by which noise and vibration transmitted to the vehicle body are mitigated, thus improving consumer preference for the vehicle.SOLUTION: The structure for mounting the transmission to the vehicle body includes a transmission mounting bracket coupled both to a transmission casing and a rear cover coupled to the transmission casing where the transmission mounting bracket is coupled to an insulator, and the insulator is mounted to the vehicle body. The transmission mounting bracket is coupled both to an upper end of the transmission casing and a rear surface of the rear cover that faces the vehicle body. The transmission mounting bracket is coupled to the upper end of the transmission casing with bolts at at least four fastening points, and the transmission mounting bracket is coupled to the rear cover with a bolt 60 at least at one fastening point.
