Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle having such a truck structure that a soundproof member for reducing the rolling noise of a wheel can be put close to such a position that the wheel comes in contact with a rail to enhance a soundproof effect sufficiently.SOLUTION: The soundproof member 22 having flexibility is mounted to a holding member 21 fixed to an axle box 15. The holding member is fixed to the axle box outside a vehicle body of wheels 14b in such a state that the lower end of the holding member is located at a position higher than a preset position. The soundproof member is arranged in parallel with the rail on the outside of the vehicle body at such a position that the wheel is rolled on the rail 17. The upper part of the soundproof member is mounted to the holding member in such a state that the position thereof can be adjusted vertically and the lower part of the soundproof member is located above the surface of the rail.
