DECORATIVE SHEET FOR BUILDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for building materials, which has a curable resin layer on the outermost surface, is excellent in impact resistance and flaw resistance and is restrained from being cracked when the curable resin layer-formed surface thereof is embossed.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for building materials is obtained by forming the curable resin layer on a thermoplastic resin base material sheet. The curable resin layer is a cured product layer of a resin mixture containing: >70 wt.% and ≤95 wt.% of a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A) which has two radically-polymerizable unsaturated groups in one molecule thereof and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000; and 5-30 wt.% of an aliphatic urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (B) which has 3-15 radically-polymerizable unsaturated groups in one molecule thereof.
