PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability of an electronic advertisement system using a display device inside a vehicle of a train or inside a commercial facility.SOLUTION: In a digital signage output device for which a plurality of output devices, at least one device management server, at least one multicast server, and a plurality of unicast servers are connected by a network, the output device obtains a connection destination of the multicast server and the unicast servers according to a control table indicating a connection priority order obtained from the operation states of the multicast server and the unicast servers, which is acquired and generated by the device management server, and outputs information from the connected multicast server or unicast servers.
