PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital stream signal transfer device which allows reconstitution of an original title at a transfer destination.SOLUTION: The digital stream signal transfer device is provided with generation means and transfer means. The generation means detects the ID of a video packet in a title to be transferred, and generates title reconstitution information containing the ID for reconstitution of the title at the transfer destination of a digital stream signal containing the title. The transfer means transfers the title reconstitution information and thereafter transfers the digital stream signal containing the title.
