Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a life log regarding mental health and to inform a person concerned of situation abnormality when a risk value regarding the mental health is high.SOLUTION: A mental health management support system includes: a life log storage part 23; a disordered person occurrence information storage part 22; a workplace situation analysis part 11 for calculating a risk value regarding mental health on the basis of the life log of the day and the life log of a disordered person occurrence date; a risk value storage part 24; and a situation abnormality notification part 12. The workplace situation analysis part 11 compares the risk value with a first threshold, compares a difference between the risk value and the risk value of the day before with a second threshold, compares a difference between the risk value and the risk value of the day before a specified day with a third threshold, and thus determines abnormality regarding the mental health.
