NETWORK FAILURE DETECTION METHOD, DEVICE AND PROGRAM IN VIRTUAL MACHINE ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement processing using a virtual server as a destination and reduce the number of combinations.SOLUTION: In each of physical servers on each of which a plurality of virtual servers are operated and which are connected with each other through a network, following processes are performed: measurement result in a physical server acquisition processing for acquiring and managing information about communication reachability of each virtual server operating on an own physical server; measurement result between physical servers acquisition processing for acquiring information about communication reachability of each virtual server operating on another physical server by requesting the other physical server; and measurement result between physical servers transmission/reception processing for acquiring information about communication reachability of each virtual server operating on the own physical server according to the request from another physical server, to respond to the other physical server.
