Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both the efficient use of a storage and the improvement of a response.SOLUTION: A storage part 101 stores data. A reading control part 103 controls the reading of data from the storage part 101. Caches 104 and 105 temporarily store the data read by the reading control part 103. A data transmission/reception control part 110 reads the data stored in the caches 104 and 105, and outputs the data to an external device 200 on the basis of a data acquisition request input from the external device 200. Then, the reading control part 103 gradually increases the size of the data to be read from the storage part 101 from a first size as the predetermined minimum size to a second size as the predetermined maximum size.
