ASSIGNMENT PLAN GENERATION DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable review of assignment of a processing program from plural viewpoints such as a resource usage rate and availability, thereby reducing a load of review by a human system.SOLUTION: An assignment plan generation device includes: assignment applicability determination means that determines whether a processing program of a processing program ID associated with usage ratio information can be assigned to a physical node device of a physical node ID associated with permissible usage ratio information; and uptime ratio determination means that compares a value of required uptime ratio information stored in service-information storage means with a value of the calculated service uptime ratio information to determine whether the value of the service uptime ratio information exceeds that of the required uptime ratio information. Further, if the determination result indicates the excess, a second assignment plan information constituted by established first assignment plan information is written to assignment plan information storage means.
