Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding tripod type constant velocity joint capable of avoiding interference between a tripod shaft part base end and a rolling element end part, without degrading strength of a tripod shaft part nor increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: In the sliding tripod type constant velocity joint, a tripod shaft part 22 includes a pedestal part 221, a cylinder shaft part 222, and a diameter expanded part 223 which connects the pedestal part 221 and the cylinder shaft part 222 and increases its diameter as approaches the pedestal part 221. A shaft-like rolling element 40 includes one end 42 which abuts with the pedestal part 221, the other end 43, and a body part 41 which connects one end 42 to the other end 43. One end 42 is formed in a small diameter shape being smaller in diameter than the body part 41. Under such condition as an end face of one end 42 abuts with the pedestal part 221 while the body part 41 abuts with the cylinder shaft part 222, a gap A is formed together with the diameter expanded part 223. |
