Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to produce wavelength conversion nano particles having a good emission intensity in an aqueous solvent.SOLUTION: (A) An aqueous solution containing a Zn ion source and NAC in a molar ratio of 1:4.8 is mixed with an aqueous solution containing a Mn ion source and NAC in a molar ratio of 1:1. (B) The former aqueous solution is mixed with the latter aqueous solution in a ratio of 10:1. Subsequently, NaOH is added to the aqueous solution to adjust the pH to 8.5, and 1.2 mmol of a Se ion source is added. In addition, (C) the aqueous solution is adjusted to pH 10.5, and then heated at 200°C under a high pressure to produce the wavelength conversion nano particles (ZnSe:Mn).
