Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone derivative having high emulsion stability even in a composition containing water and having high affinity to various base materials such as high polarity inorganic compounds and living tissue and fiber such as hair and the skin compared to silicone.SOLUTION: The silicone derivative is expressed by general formula (1) (wherein at least one in 2n+2 of X is expressed by general formula of -A-Qm and other X and R each independently represent 1-22C alkyl or alkoxy, 2-22C alkenyl, 6-22C aryl, polyether or hydroxyl; n represents an integer of 0 to 300,000; (A) represents a hydrocarbon group having a nitrogen atom; Q comprises an amino acid derivative group; and m represents an integer of 1 to 10).
