CONVEYING APPARATUS, CARTONING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARTON CONTAINING OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus capable of adjusting direction of an object, and also to provide a cartoning machine, and further to provide a method for manufacturing a carton containing the object.SOLUTION: The conveying apparatus 20 includes: an object conveyor 21 for conveying a cylindrical object R while rotatably supporting it around an axis Rx; a rotating means 25 for rotating the object R conveyed by the object conveyor 21 around the axis Rx; and a control device 60 for controlling the amount of rotation of the object R around the axis Rx by the rotating means 25. The cartoning machine includes: the conveying apparatus 20; a carton conveyor for conveying the carton that stores the object R; and an insertion device for inserting into the carton on the carton conveyor the object R on the object conveyor 21 where the reference position of the surface of the object R is adjusted to be directed in a predetermined direction.
