DEVICE FOR CORRECTING TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform more accurate correction to attain a regular temperature distribution by eliminating overshoot of the temperature distribution occurred in temperature control, and to increase the degree of freedom (flexibility), and also adaptability and versatility to change regardless of occurrence of necessity to change the temperature distribution.SOLUTION: There are provided: a correction heater 3s disposed behind a rear part heater 3f heating a feed zone Zf in a heating cylinder 2, and shorter in axial direction Fs length and larger in watt density than the rear part heater 3f; a correction temperature sensor 4s disposed between a rear end 3fr of the rear part heater 3f and a central position in an axial direction Fs of the correction heater 3s to detect the temperature of the heating cylinder 2; and a control means 5 performing feedback control based on a temperature (a correction detection temperature) Tsd detected by the correction temperature sensor 4s and a correction target temperature Tss which is set in advance.
