PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal flow passage forming portion cutting device for resin molding, capable of cutting an internal flow passage forming portion of a resin molding so as to have a beautiful cut surface while suppressing the generation of cutting dust.SOLUTION: The internal flow passage forming portion cutting device 20 for cutting, from a resin molding A released from molding dies 11, 13 including cavities 12B, 14 provided on the surfaces in a recessed manner and an internal flow passage 12A communicating with the cavities, the internal flow passage forming portion A2 formed by the internal flow passage comprises: a pair of opening and closing blades 35 which are openable and closable and contact the internal flow passage molding portion located between both by closing; a heater 41 which gives heat to the opening and closing blades; a stepping motor 37 which operates the opening and closing blades to open and close; and a control means 38 which controls the rotating speed of the stepping motor based on the opening and closing position of the opening and closing blades.
