Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bond flux such that no iron particle projection is formed on a surface of a top bead, the top bead and a reverse bead both have stable bead shapes and appearances, no welding defect is caused, and molten metal with superior mechanical performance is obtained in a three or more multielectrode high-speed one-side submerged arc welding.SOLUTION: The bond flux contains, by mass, 10-30% SiO, 4-16% AlO, 8-26% MgO, 0.5-5.0% MnO, 2-14% CaO, 1.0-8.0% CaF, 3-15% TiO, 1.0-5.0% NaO, 0.1-3.0% BO, 15-40% Fe, 1.0-5.0% Si, and 0.1-3.0% Mo. The flux has grain sizes of 850 μm or larger by 20-45%, 300-850 μm by 40-75%, 150-300 μm by 3-15%, 150 μm by 5% or less in terms of mass%, and also has an apparent density of 0.90-1.30 g/cm. |
