Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy loss of a heater by preventing excessive temperature drop of cooling water.SOLUTION: A water-cooled electric apparatus comprises: an electric apparatus 2 arranged indoors; a pump 3 which circulates cooling water for cooling the electric apparatus; a cooler 5 arranged outdoors for cooling the cooling water; a heater 6 which heats the cooling water; main piping 4 which forms a closed loop in which the cooling water circulates among the electric apparatus, the pump, the cooler, and the heater; bypass piping 11 which bypasses the main piping 4 at a section between branching portions 9 and 10 respectively provided on an inlet side and an outlet side of the cooler for shunting the cooling water; and at least one of a first flow control valve 7 provided between both of the branching portions in the main piping or a second flow control valve 12 provided in the bypass piping.
