Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position calculation method which combines measurement results of a satellite positioning unit and an inertial positioning unit which are provided on a mobile body.SOLUTION: In a position calculation device 1 which has a GPS unit 3 as well as an INS unit 5, a position calculation accuracy determination section 6 determines position calculation accuracy. An influence rate setting section 7 sets an influence rate of a GPS measurement result to an INS measurement result based on the position calculation accuracy determined by the position calculation accuracy determination section 6. A coupling processing section 9 calculates a position of a mobile body by executing coupling processing of the GPS measurement result and the INS measurement result based on the influence rate set by the influence rate setting section 7.
