Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve which can prevent other auxiliary devices from being damaged due to discharged refrigerant gas, while inhibiting increase in size.SOLUTION: The relief valve 10 includes: a valve body 12 having an outer peripheral surface 23 and an end; a cap 25 having a cap lid 28 and a cap wall 27 fitted with the outer peripheral surface 23; and a cover 17 formed by bending a board and having a cover lid 20 and a cover wall 19. The cover 17 includes a pair of locking arms 21 engaging with a step 15 of the valve body 12. Under a condition that the cover 17 is engaged with the valve body 12 while sandwiching the cap 25, a gap G communicating with a discharge port 14 of the refrigerant gas is formed between the cap lid 28 and the end of the valve body 12, and a discharge refrigerant gas channel is formed from the discharge port 14 through the gap G.
