Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw cap with ratchet in which opening history showing function of a TE band is sufficiently exhibited in opening the same.SOLUTION: In a screw cap where the inner face of the band 2 is provided with a ratchet allowing rotation in the closing direction but limiting rotation in the opening direction by its abutment on a protrusion 53 formed on the outer face of a container mouth 50, the band 2 is connected to the lower end of a skirt part 6 through an unbreakable wide bridge 21 when opening the cap, and a hollow strip part 33 extending to a the circumferentially opening direction side by a partitioning slit 30 folded from an upper end and continuously extending to a lower end is formed at the band 2. The hollow strip part 33 is held at the band 2 by a thin-walled connection part 35 formed across the partitioning slit 30.
