HEAT RETAINING TOOL FOR POT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat retaining tool for a pot capable of retaining heat of a cylindrical pot while heated.SOLUTION: The heat retaining tool 1 for the pot includes a band shaped lateral side cover part 5 which is wound around a lateral surface 2d of the cylindrical pot 2 so that at least part of the lateral surface 2d of the long-bodied cylindrical pot 2 is covered. The lateral side cover part 5 includes: a heat resistant member having burning resistance and flame resistance, and formed in a band shape; and a heat insulating member having heat insulating property and stored in the flame resistant member. The heat retaining tool 1 of the pot can prevent the lateral surface cover part 5 from being burnt or melt owing to the performance of the flame resistant member even though the lateral surface cover part 5 is wound around the cylindrical pot 2 when the cylindrical pot 2 is heated by a stove burner 3. Further, the heat retaining tool 1 of the pot can retain heat of the cylindrical pot 2 when heated by the stove burner 3 owing to the performance of the heat insulating member.
