CHANGE RESERVE FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change reserve fund management system capable of reducing work for a change reserve fund order placement.SOLUTION: In a proposed change reserve fund management system, each withdrawal machine and each POS terminal transmit, in response to a denomination residual number acquisition request from a management server, denomination residual number information including a denomination residual number of an own machine or an own terminal to the management server. The management sever gathers the denomination residual number information from each withdrawal machine and each POS terminal, calculates a total value of the residual number according to the denomination, compares the calculated total value and a threshold indicating a minimum amount to be prepared as a reserve fund according to the denomination, creates order request data for a denomination whose calculated total value is smaller than the threshold, and transmits the data to an order destination.
