TWISTED WIRE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted wire manufacturing apparatus that can manufacture a twisted wire with constant tension of each strand by accurately measuring the tension of the strand during operation.SOLUTION: A twisted wire manufacturing apparatus 100 comprises a plurality of pulleys 6 slidably supporting each strand 4 which is supplied from a plurality of going-round bobbins 3 arranged in constant intervals along the circumference of a round-shaped rotating plate 1a, and a load cell 5 measuring and outputting the load applied to each pulley 6. The twisted wire manufacturing apparatus twists the strands 4 into one wire. The twisted wire manufacturing apparatus comprises a central processing unit 14 having gravity correcting means 142 which samples an output value of the load cell 5 with constant intervals for N number of times per rotation of the rotating plate 1a for each load cell 5 and moving and averaging the sampled values for every N pieces.
