Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means with which a cold-rolled stainless steel sheet excellent in high temperature settling resistance used at high temperature of 500°C or higher, is stably supplied.SOLUTION: The cold-rolled stainless steel sheet has the chemical composition, which is composed by mass% of ≤0.15% C, ≤1.0% Si, ≤2.0% Mn, 16-30% Cr, 7-25% Ni, ≤2.0% Cu, ≤5.0% Mo, 0.1-0.4% N and substantially the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in which A value defined with the following formula (i) is ≥0, and B value defined with the following formula (ii) is 1.5-2.5. Furthermore, the steel sheet is provided with mechanical characteristics, in which a hardness variation Rbefore and after holding the high temperature, defined with the following formula (iii), is ≤10% and further, a spring deflection limit value, in the direction parallel to the rolling direction, is made to be ≥220 MPa. The formulas (i), (ii) and (iii) are as follows: (i) A value=470×(C+N)+10×(Si+Mn)+14×Cr+20×(Ni+Cu+Mo)-560; (ii) B value=Log[Cr][N]; and (iii) R=(Hv-Hv)/Hv. |
