PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution server device and a video distribution system that enable the viewing and listening which meets a preference of each user with a simple manner.SOLUTION: Information depending on an output of an acceleration sensor 36 transmitted by a dedicated application 37 of a user terminal device 30 which is used by a user who views and listens a video is supplied to an input processing part 15 via a network 1 and a communication processing part 11. The input processing part 15 stores the supplied information into a climax DB 16 as information indicating a climax situation. A request processing part 21, on receipt of a request from a user terminal device 40, makes an index production processing part 23 produce index information from the information indicating the climax situation stored in the climax DB 16 depending on a preference of the user and a preference of the other user stored in a preference DB 13. A distribution processing part 25, on receipt of a request of a video data part from the user terminal device 40 depending on the index information, transmits a requested part in the image data to the user terminal device 40.
