PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device-light receiving device assembly as an integral unit of a light emitting device and a light receiving device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device-light receiving device assembly 10 includes: a mount substrate 20 including a first base 23 as a raised portion on a first surface 21; a light receiving device 30 whose first surface is anchored on the first base 23; and a light emitting device 40. Light emitted by the light emitting device 40 exits to the outside through a light passage portion 34 of the light receiving device, the first base 23, and the mount substrate 20. Light incident from the outside enters the light receiving device 30 through the mount substrate 20 and the first base 23. The light receiving device 30 has an annular second base 33 as a raised portion on a second surface 32 thereof, and the light emitting device 40 is anchored on the second base 33.
