FORM MANAGING SYSTEM, FORM IMAGE MANAGING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of data for storing form image data available as trail information.SOLUTION: A master image obtaining unit 401 obtains a master image. A partitioning unit 402 partitions this master image. A partitioned master image storing unit 403 stores each piece of the master image partitioned by the partitioning unit 402 as a partitioned master image. A searching unit 405 searches for a partitioned master image having a high correlation with each of a plurality of partial images obtained by partitioning an image of a form obtained by a form image obtaining unit 404. A difference data generating unit 406 generates difference data between the partial image and the partitioned master image found in the search. A form image data storing unit 407 stores information for identifying the partitioned master image found in the search and the difference data generated by the difference data generating unit 406 as form image data with correspondence for each of the plurality of partial images obtained by partitioning the image of the form.
