Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation system and so on by which a sub-image different from a main image can be displayed without interfering with the display of a main image, by allowing a user to specify a requested area on a display screen, and by which a reduction in size can be achieved by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An information presentation system 10 has the configuration in which when a main image is displayed on an image display surface US by a table type information presentation device 100, a superposition area SA in the image display surface US used to display a sub-image, different from a main image, is displayed by a small liquid crystal panel apparatus 200 placed on the table type information presentation device 100.
