Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-making method for a lithographic printing plate, by which a lithographic printing plate with less soil of ink and high plate wear is obtained even in a case where a quantity of applied liquid developer is 60 ml/mor smaller, and by which plate-making workability is increased.SOLUTION: In the plate-making method for the lithographic printing plate by applying and developing 60 ml or less liquid developer per 1 square meter to the printing surface of the lithographic printing plate for a silver salt diffusion transfer method, the liquid developer contains a compound expressed by a general formula (1) given below, and also contains at least one compound selected from propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, and tripropylene glycol.
