Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, a navigation method, and a navigation program for improving position detection accuracy after leaving a facility.SOLUTION: When it is determined that position coordinates of a vehicle 2 are corrected (S109: YES), position coordinates after correction which are the position coordinates of the vehicle 2 after the correction are acquired (S113). In addition, when it is determined that the position coordinates of the vehicle 2 are corrected (S109: YES), a travel track before the correction until the position coordinates are corrected from a point where vehicle speed is zero immediate before it is determined that the vehicle 2 leaves a facility are acquired (S112). Then, exit coordinates which are coordinates of an exit point of the facility are specified on the basis of the position coordinates after the correction, the travel track before the correction, and map information (S112). Thus, since the exit coordinates of the facility are properly specified, a current position of the vehicle is corrected on the basis of the exit coordinates in leaving the facility, and position detection accuracy after leaving the facility is improved.
