The tool is provided with: a front end part 11b equipped with a front end surface 11d facing an object surface for surface treatment; and an intermediate part 11f between a body 11a and the part 11b. The front end part is tapered toward the front end, and in the intermediate part, the taper angle T2 being an opening angle with respect to a rotation shaft of the cutting tool, is made larger than that T1 of the taper surface at the front end part.
