PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that enhances image quality when reproducing a video image, and an image processing method and program.SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: a detection part that detects camera work showing a motion of an imaging device that captures a video image, on the basis of an image signal showing the video image composed of frame images; a first calculation part that calculates first corrected camera work obtained by removing a camera-shake component from the detected camera work; a generation part for generating a corrected frame image corresponding to the first corrected camera work, on the basis of the image signal and the first corrected camera work; and an interpolation part for interpolating an interpolation region when the interpolation region with no image is included in the corrected frame image.
