PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of accurately performing positioning.SOLUTION: The image processor for positioning images comprises: a standard image selection part 2 for determining a standard image to be a positioning standard; a mirror surface highlight area detection part 3 for detecting a mirror surface highlight area on the basis of the standard image and a pixel value or luminance value of the standard image, and detecting the mirror surface highlight area on the basis of the pixel value or luminance value of a reference image to perform positioning with the standard image; a weight setting part 4 for setting weight to at least the mirror surface highlight area on the basis of position information of the mirror surface highlight area; and a displacement amount calculation part 5 for matching the standard image and the reference image and calculating a displacement amount using the weight. The weight setting part 4 sets the weight of the mirror surface highlight area or the mirror surface highlight area and the peripheral area of the mirror surface highlight area to be smaller than the weight of the area other than the mirror surface highlight area or the mirror surface highlight area and the peripheral area.
