PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device capable of accurately specifying another vehicle to be a driving support object while reducing requested throughput.SOLUTION: An ECU 28 acquires present vehicle travel information and present vehicle road information by a GPS reception part 16 and a travel state detection part 26, and acquires other vehicle travel information and other vehicle road information through an inter-vehicle communication part 12. Then, related information that affects routes of other vehicles is acquired. For each of the other vehicles, a weighting score of an approach possibility is calculated. Then, for each of the other vehicles, whether or not the weighting score has become a predetermined threshold or more is determined, the other vehicles for which the weighting score is the threshold or more are specified as driving support object vehicles, and the other vehicles for which the weighting score is less than the threshold are excluded from the driving support object vehicles. For the respective driving support object vehicles, the possibility of occurrence of a collision with the present vehicle is determined, and an alarm is issued for the driving support object vehicle for which it is determined that there is the possibility of collision occurrence.
