PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measuring equipment for preventing loss of a wetting time even when a lightning strike has occurred.SOLUTION: The measurement equipment includes: a measurement device for measuring temperature and humidity near a steel tower; a determination device for determining that a cumulative time, of the time when the temperature is prescribed one or higher and the humidity is prescribed one or larger, is a prescribed first time and initializing the cumulative time when the cumulative time has arrived at the first time; and a storage device for mechanically storing the number of times that the cumulative time becomes the first time when the determination device determines that the cumulative time becomes the first time.
