Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor having a downsized dimension compatible with simplification.SOLUTION: A torque sensor includes a sensor body and a sensor substrate 24, which are arranged in series, overlapping in the axis direction. The sensor substrate 24 is accommodated in a housing 10 to be blocked with first and second housing constituting parts 11 and 12 which are connected in an abutting manner. The flange part 32 of a coil bobbin 25 has a notch 35 in a predetermined circumferential area, so that an insertion part 30 for an output terminal is formed between the flange part 32 and the first housing constituting part 11. A pair of first and second fixing holes 36 and 37 are formed adjacent to the respective ends at both sides of the insertion part 30 for the output terminal in the circumferential direction, in the residual circumferential area excluding at least the insertion part 30 for the output terminal.
