GAS DETECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection system such that an indicator and a monitoring part are arranged before a detection part is arranged, and installation confirmation operation etc., can be performed.SOLUTION: The gas detection system includes a detection part 2 which outputs an output value corresponding to a concentration of a gas to be detected, an indicator 3 to which the detection part 2 is connected and which can output concentration information corresponding to the output value, and a monitoring part 6 to which the indicator 3 is connected and which monitors at least the concentration information acquired from the indicator 3. The indicator 3 can be switched between a mode in which an abnormality signal is output to the monitoring part 6 while neither the detection part 2 nor the indicator 3 is connected and a specific mode in which the abnormality signal is not output to the monitoring part 6 even while neither the detection part 2 nor the indicator 3 is connected.
