Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for baking cement capable of burning combustible waste efficiently.SOLUTION: Provided is a burner for baking cement 1 comprising a main burner 10 for supplying main fuel and a waste burner 11 which is disposed at a perpendicularly upper part of the main burner 10 and supplies combustible waste. In the radial cross section of the end 11a of the waste burner 11, when a horizontal direction distance between the two most estranged points L1, L2 is expressed as x, and a vertical direction distance between the most separated two points H1 and H2 is expressed as y, the combustible waste can be supplied in a spreading manner in a horizontal direction and can be burned efficiently when an expression of x>y is established.
