PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley in which a metal bush is inserted into an inner peripheral part of a resin body, in particular the pulley having improved force of connection between the metal bush at the inner peripheral part and the resin part of an outer peripheral part.SOLUTION: The pulley includes: a metal bush A having a plurality of serration teeth 2 which are formed along a circumferential direction at an axial-direction intermediate part of the outer peripheral side face of a boss body part 1; and a resin body B including a pulley boss part 3 and a belt hooking outer cylinder part 5. A long distance side from the belt hooking outer cylinder part 5 is defined as the front surface side of the metal bush A, the side face on the front surface side of the serration teeth 2 is constituted of a vertical surface 21a, an inclined surface 21b and a fine plane 21c from the root to the distal end, the inclined surface 21b is configured to be thin toward the distal end. and the fine plane 21c is in parallel with the vertical surface 21a.
