Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing unaffected by deformation and rotation of a casing and a diaphragm ring due to flow force or a temperature difference.SOLUTION: A radial support of an outer side sealing portion is formed as a ring held in a predetermined position by a key and a circumferential extension; and since the key and the circumferential extension have sufficient clearances, relative radial movement between a portion of the casing and/or a diaphragm and the ring is allowed while providing a pressure sealing surface and support in an axial direction. Since the ring has a sufficient clearance from the portion of the casing and/or the diaphragm, it is substantially isolated from being displaced in a radial direction during rotational movement of the casing and/or the diaphragm in the axial direction.
