Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cap which has a sealing property as well as a superior opening property and can protect a cap body skirt.SOLUTION: The resin cap 1 includes a cap body 2, a cylindrical side wall 3 formed integrally with an unbreakable cap body connecting portion, and a ring-shaped member 4 formed integrally with the cylindrical side wall 3 via an unbreakable ring-shaped member connecting portion 6. The cylindrical side wall 3 is formed with a breakable vertical weakened portion formed on one peripheral end of the unbreakable ring-shaped member connecting portion 6 in such a way that the breakable vertical weakened portion extends downward from the upper end of the cylindrical side wall 3. The cap body connecting portion 5 is adjacent to the ring-shaped member connecting portion 6 in the peripheral direction via the vertical weakened portion. The ring-shaped member 4 is separated from the cylindrical side wall 3 from a starting point where the cylindrical side wall 3 is connected to the ring-shaped member connecting portion 6, and the vertical weakened portion is broken. The cylindrical side wall 3 is thus separated from the cap body 2 to remove the cap body 2 from a container mouth.
