Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which contributes both to low cost production and sustainable production suppressing the risk due to environmental variations in the culture of algae for energy generation.SOLUTION: The technology includes: an algae raising database in which data on the raising conditions of a plurality of kinds of algae to be cultured are accumulated in advance; a data input device by which data on the raising conditions to be cultured are input; a kind selector which selects algae suitable for the input data on raising conditions; and a kind output device which outputs the data specific to the algae selected by the selection means. The kind selector selects two kinds of algae, one is the most suitable kind of algae and the other is a kind of algae most suitable in the temperature lower than the temperature in which the most suitable algae is cultured.
