Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep using a secondary battery over a period as long as possible without impairing the operability of driving even if the internal resistance rises by repeating of charging and discharging, and the terminal voltage increases or decreased exceeding a normal range.SOLUTION: A regenerative torque command value of a motor is limited based on the terminal voltage of a battery 2 that is charged with the regenerative electric power by the onboard motor. Specifically, when the terminal voltage of the battery 2 exceeds a first threshold that is set beforehand, it is determined that the charge cannot be continued and the regenerative torque command value is set to zero. When the terminal voltage of battery 2 exceeds a second threshold set between the first threshold and a nominal voltage of the battery 2, the upper limit value of the regenerative torque command value set beforehand is gradually decreased according to the deterioration degree of the battery 2 and the regenerative torque command value is limited in the upper limit value.
