Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp device capable of achieving a larger change than a change in a luminous color of an LED element by a current value.SOLUTION: The LED lamp device includes an LED element that blue-shifts a luminous color according to a driving current value and a fluorescent substance that emits light, excited by the light emitted from the LED element. By changing the driving current value, chrominance on a chromaticity diagram is made larger than that on that of the LED element.
