Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp tool in which a part of a base corresponding to a clip part can be surely grasped to carry out mounting work onto a panel efficiently.SOLUTION: A clamp tool 1A includes a body 2 for removably retaining a cable A, a clip part 3 formed downward from the lower surface of the body 2, and holding parts 4 projected toward side portions of the clip part 3 from the lower surface of the body 2. The body 2 includes a base 11 integrally formed with the clip part 3 and the holding parts 4, a latch receiving part 12 formed at one end of the base 11 on the upper side, a band part 14 formed upward from the other end of the base 11, and a snap part 15 formed at the top end of the band part 14 to be detachably latched to the latch receiving part 12. A recessed part 16 for grasping by fingers is formed on the base 11 at the side edge corresponding to the clip part 3.
