PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene polymer capable of obtaining a polymer composition excellent in fuel saving and a tensile fracture strength.SOLUTION: The conjugated diene polymer includes a monomer unit based on a conjugated diene, a monomer unit based on a compound expressed by Formula (1), and a monomer unit based on a compound expressed by Formula (2), and at least one end of the polymer is modified by a compound (G) described hereinafter. In the Formula (1), Vrepresents a hydrocarbyl group having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, and Srepresents a substituted silyl group. In the Formula (2), Vrepresents a hydrocarbyl group having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, and Arepresents a substituted amino group or a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group. The compound (G) is at least one kind of compound selected from the compound group comprising compounds having an amino group and a carbonyl group that may have a substituent, and compounds having an amino group and a thiocarbonyl group that may have a substituent.
