Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing a styrene resin and aliphatic polyester resin, the composition excellent in flame retardancy, mechanical characteristics and molding property, and to provide the molded article of the composition.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains, in 100 parts by weight of a resin composition containing a styrene resin (I) and an aliphatic polyester resin (II), 8 to 18 parts by weight of a phosphoric ester-based flame retardant (III) and 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an aromatic carbonate oligomer (IV) having a viscosity average molecular weight [Mv] of 1,000 to 10,000.
